Who You Are Contracting With

Read Option AI is a product and trade name of GrowthQB LLC(“Read Option AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the platform, you are entering into an agreement with GrowthQB LLC, the legal contracting entity behind the Read Option AI service.

Acceptance

By accessing or using Read Option AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Using Read Option AI constitutes agreement to these terms. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service.

Platform Description

Read Option AI is an AI-powered business intelligence platform that helps local businesses make better marketing and operations decisions. The platform provides:

• Business Health Scores and overall business assessments.
• SWOT Analysis and strategic strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
• Competitive benchmarking against similar businesses in your area.
• Business reports and executive summaries generated from connected and public data.
• AI-generated recommendations tailored to your business context.
• Future accounting and CRM integrations designed to deepen platform insights.

No Professional Advice

Read Option AI provides informational insights only and should not be considered accounting, financial, legal, investment, tax, or business consulting advice.

You should consult with qualified professionals before making business, financial, legal, or tax decisions based on insights from the platform.

Accuracy

Read Option AI strives to present accurate information from connected systems and publicly available sources. If sufficient information cannot be verified, Read Option AI will identify missing data instead of generating unsupported conclusions.

The accuracy of recommendations depends on the completeness and accuracy of the information you provide and the data available from connected or public sources.

User Responsibilities

By using Read Option AI, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your business.
• Protect your login credentials and keep your account secure.
• Connect only accounts and data sources that you own or are authorized to use.
• Use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Acceptable Use

You must not misuse the platform. In particular, you must not:

• Use Read Option AI for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations.
• Engage in fraud, spam, or misrepresentation of your identity or business.
• Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
• Interfere with platform security, including introducing malware, probing or scanning systems, bypassing technical limits, or scraping the service.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the platform or its outputs as a competing service.

Subscription

Some features of Read Option AI require a paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to your selected plan. You can cancel, upgrade, or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing period. Refunds are provided in accordance with applicable law and our refund policy, where applicable.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms. Our own refund handling is described in our Refund Policy.

Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Intellectual Property

Read Option AI owns all rights, title, and interest in the platform, software, logos, branding, and AI models. Nothing in these terms grants you a license to use our intellectual property except as necessary to access and use the service.

You retain ownership of your uploaded business information. By using the platform, you grant Read Option AI a limited license to use that information to provide and improve the service.

Limitation of Liability

Read Option AI is not responsible for business decisions made using AI-generated recommendations. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Read Option AI is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the platform.

The platform is provided “as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Termination

Read Option AI may suspend or terminate your access to the platform for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.

You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting support or deleting your account from your settings, where available.

Changes

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will update the effective date when material changes are made.
